Disclaimer and Warranty Information

*All new computer systems have a one year parts and labor warranty (excludes ALL software, virus or spyware damage). All parts purchased in store are covered for 1 year from purchase date.

* Full 1 Year parts and labor warranty All systems warranted against manufacturers defects for 1 year from date of delivery. If your computer fails within the 1 year, KC will repair and if necessary reload to original condition your KC computer. After 1 year, internal parts original manufacturers warranty may apply. Not Included: Damage due to misuse, abuse, lightning, or electrical surge. Warranty limited to hardware and installing software to original purchase condition due to part failure. Not responsible for loss of data, or production, due to computer malfunction or improper installation or removal of programs by user.

*Returns are not accepted on new or used parts purchased. Exchanges will be accepted on new parts only. Used parts are tested prior to sale and non-returnable.

*Used systems carry a 180 day warranty discribed in the terms in the above disclaimer.

*Returned Checks will incur a fee of twenty dollars paid by check issuer.

*All computers upon completion must be paid for in full or have a signed payment agreement prior to devices leaving the store.

Computers must be paid for and picked up within 30 days of completion unless prior arrangements are made. Computers and equipment left without arrangements after the 30 day period become property of Kinn Computers.

*All used parts are tested prior to purchase. No returns on used parts.
